Booking Policy

Appointments must be booked online and secured with the required deposit. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate.


Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are applied toward the final service total and must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.


Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments.


No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.

Future appointments may require full payment in advance.


Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability.

Late arrivals may be subject to additional fees.


Mobile Service Policy

Queenship Salon & Spa proudly serves clients throughout Metro Atlanta through our luxury mobile beauty services.

Clients must provide:

  • A clean and safe workspace
  • Adequate lighting
  • Access to an electrical outlet if required
  • Parking accommodations when applicable

If the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, services may be refused and deposits forfeited.

Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.


Braiding & Extension Policy

Hair is not included unless specifically indicated in the service description.

Clients are responsible for selecting approved hair colors and textures before their appointment.

Once a braid or extension service has begun, no changes can be made to the style selected.


Nail Service Policy

Clients with nail infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions may be refused service for safety reasons.

Please notify us before your appointment if you currently have:

  • Acrylic enhancements
  • Builder gel
  • Dip powder
  • Hard gel
  • Gel polish

Removal services may require additional time and fees.


Children & Guests Policy

For the comfort and safety of all clients, only scheduled clients may attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Children receiving services must be supervised by a parent or guardian.


Satisfaction Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us.

If you experience concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of Queenship Salon & Spa.

Refunds are not provided for completed services.


Product Sales Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all product sales are final.

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.


Right to Refuse Service

Queenship Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:

  • Disrespectful behavior
  • Harassment
  • Inappropriate conduct
  • Unsafe conditions during mobile appointments
