    Cancellation Policy

    At Queenship Salon + Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for every client, we kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled with adequate notice.

    Appointment Deposits

    A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your final service total.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    We kindly request at least 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

    • Cancellations made within the required notice period may transfer their deposit one time toward a future appointment.
    • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total.

    No-Call / No-Show Policy

    Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit or full payment upfront before booking future appointments.

    Late Arrivals

    Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, shorten their service, or incur a late fee depending on scheduling availability.

    Mobile Appointment Policy

    For mobile and in-home appointments, clients must ensure:

    • a safe and clean working environment
    • accessible parking
    • pets secured if necessary
    • adequate space for setup

    Failure to provide a safe working environment may result in cancellation of the appointment.

    Emergency Situations

    We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    Non-Refund Policy

    At Queenship Salon + Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty and wellness services customized to each client. Due to the time, products, preparation, and customization involved in our services, all sales are final.

    Services

    We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hoursof your appointment so we may review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution if applicable.

    Deposits

    All appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Deposits secure your reserved appointment time and cover preparation for your service.

    Retail Products

    Due to hygiene and safety standards, all retail product sales are final. Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Custom Orders

    Custom wigs, extensions, beauty boxes, press-on nails, and personalized products are non-refundable once production or ordering has begun.

    Late Arrivals / No-Shows

    Clients who arrive significantly late, cancel outside of the cancellation window, or fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit any deposits or payments made.

    Service Adjustments

    Client satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue related to the quality of your service, adjustment requests must be made within 48 hours of the original appointment. Adjustments are determined at the discretion of Queenship Salon + Spa and do not include changes of mind or style preference changes after the service has been completed.

    By booking an appointment or purchasing products/services from Queenship Salon + Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

    Appointments & Deposits

    Queenship Salon + Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Pricing

    All service prices are listed as starting prices and may vary based on:

    • hair length
    • density
    • complexity
    • customization
    • add-ons
    • travel distance
    • product usage
    • appointment duration

    Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation or at the appointment.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    Clients are required to provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

    Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may result in:

    • forfeited deposits
    • cancellation fees

    Health & Safety

    Clients must disclose:

    • allergies
    • scalp conditions
    • infections
    • sensitivities
    • recent chemical services
    • medical conditions that may affect services

    Queenship Salon + Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or allergies.

    Service Satisfaction

    Client satisfaction is important to us. Concerns regarding services must be reported within 48 hours of the original appointment. Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of Queenship Salon + Spa.

    Refunds are not provided for completed services.

    Retail Products & Custom Orders

    All retail product sales, custom beauty products, wigs, extensions, beauty boxes, and personalized items are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

    Photography & Marketing

    Queenship Salon + Spa may photograph or record completed services for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before the service begins.

    Gift Cards

    Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.

    Beauty Box Subscriptions

    Subscription boxes renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Shipping timelines, scents, and product selections may vary based on availability.

    Liability

    Queenship Salon + Spa is not responsible for:

    • lost or damaged personal belongings
    • allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities
    • issues resulting from improper aftercare
    • dissatisfaction resulting from undisclosed expectations or inaccurate consultations

    Right to Refuse Service

    Queenship Salon + Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:

    • disrespectful behavior
    • unsafe conduct
    • inappropriate language
    • repeated policy violations

    Policy Updates

    Queenship Salon + Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
